NGAPALI BEACH

Ngapali Beach is one of my favorite beaches in the world. Ngapali Beach is located 7 kilometres (4 mi) from the town of Thandwe, in Rakhine State, Myanmar. Ngapali Beach once known as the "Naples of the East" and the beach is an unpolluted, unspoiled beach stretching over 3 km with clear blue sea and beautiful white sands with coconut trees. The beach is wide and long with rural nature (unspoiled).

It is convenient to fly from Yangon, Myanmar to Ngapali but some choose to go there by car. I have been there both by plane and car and as for me, I prefer to go there by car as I like to look at the beautiful sceneries along the way.

It is very nice to drink fresh coconut fluid on the beach before or after swimming in the sea. There are bungalow hotels available on the beach and it is really refreshing to be out in an easy-chair infront of bungalow (with some fresh coconut drink or beer with grilled lobsters). I felt like I was in some place similar to heaven.

I miss Ngapali Beach a lot and will try to go there soon.
